Terms & Conditions

Delivery:
We will despatch your order within 3 to 28 days of receiving payment.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered
Once products have been dispatched to within New Zealand, orders normally arrive in 3-4 days and international orders can take up to 10 days depending on customs. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
Urgent orders can occasionally be prioritised. Please call 06 306 6115 or e-mail louloubellesnz@hotmail.com to check delivery times before you place your order.
Most packages will require a signature on delivery and if you are unable to sign for your package items will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to Lou Lou Belles.

Pricing:
Lou Lou Belles reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of an increase in the manufacturers prices.


Returns:
We only accept returns for broken or defective goods unless otherwise agreed between you, the customer, and Lou Lou Belles. If you are going to be making a return, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Deductions for postage will be made.
We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact your local Post Shop directly.

We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

Lou Lou Belles recognises customers privacy and we therefore take our responsibilities to protect it very seriously. We confirm that the personal information requested from you either for the purpose of processing your order, or for the return of information to you via e-mail is never provided to third parties.
